The site represents an innovative and effective implementation of CMS400.NET, Ektron’s all-in-one application for creating, deploying and managing interactive Web, intranet and extranet sites.  It employs Ektron's calendaring functionality as well as membership, search and other high-end functionality.  In addition, RAPV staff now have the capability to manage all of the content on the site, determine whether content blocks are public or private and utilize workflow capabilities to deploy a publishing chain.
